Which countries or regions can we ship to ?
We can ship the apparel items to most of the countries and regions in the world, such as: 1. Europe: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, UK, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Poland, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Malta, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Cyprus. 2. North & South America: USA ,Canada ,Mexico ,Brazil ,Chile ,Uruguay. 3. Middle East: Saudi Arabia, UAE ,Bahrain ,Kuwait ,Oman ,Qatar ,Lebanon ,JordanSoutheast ,Israel. 4. How long does it take to proceed and get the orders ready for shipping ?
Once the order and payment is confirmed, we will immediately start to proceed and prepare your order. Normally it takes about 3-5 days to get the sample orders ready. For large orders with large quantities require mass production, it takes about 3 to 5 weeks to finish the production. We need to confirm the leadtime for customized orders case by case, because it various a lot based on different specifications and complexity.
How long does it take to ship the orders ?
Actually it various a lot depending on different shipping agent, shipping method and destination. There are many different shipping methods in this world, such as the fastest air shipping, sea shipping and train shipping. Normally it takes around 5-10 days with the fastest air shipping, such as DHL,UPS,FedEX…etc, but it costs the most compared with the other two methods. Sea shipping takes more time, but it is the most cost effective way to ship your items with a larger quantity or size. Train shipping is frequently used in some European and Southeast Asia countires. Some uncontrollable factors can also affect the leadtime. Do I need to pay for the Tax?
Do I need to pay for the Tax ?
According to the import duties, it may be incurred in some countries, normally buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for the taxes and duties. We can not guarantee that the items meet the import requirements of every country, it various a lot as per different import policy between different countires, some are tax free when small amount, some import tariffs are costly, requiring additional duty and dumping duty. If in doubt, please check it in advance with your local customs office about related policies prior to ordering.
Do we have any apparel items in stock ?
Yes, normally we have many apparel items in stock, especially for the hot selling sportswear clothing, such as Polo Shirts, T-shirts, Hoodie, Sweatshirt, Tracksuit, Sweatpants, Jackets, Soccer Jersey, Basketball Jersey，Shorts, Compression T-Shirt, Tank Top, Quick Dry Tops, Quick Dry Bottoms, Training Shorts， Running Shorts, Gym Wear…etc.
What kind of material are the sportswear clothing made up of ?
Normally the sportswear clothing is made up of Polyester, Nylon or the other functional elements such as Polyurethane…etc. Loong Sportswear Purchasing Department is able to source the preferred material according to client`s specifications.
What is the price when ordering 100 pieces ?
The price for 100 pieces is depending on the different apparel items, the custom craft needed and the other required specifications. Normally the price can be reduced when we order larger quantities.
How can we track the production status after order started ?
We will update the production schedule periodically, so that we will be able to know and track the production status, then arranging for the further shipping and sales plan properly.
Can we customize the brand logo on sample AND bulk ?
Yes, you can. Loong Sportswear will help to customize your brand Logo on clothes at the best suitable size.
How to calculate the freight ?

The freight cost depends on the weight and size of the apparel package, the country of destination and the forwarder agent.

What kind of company are we ?
Loong Sportswear is an industry and trade integration mainly involved in wholesaling and R&D customization.
Where is our company located ?
We are located in Guangzhou city which is the largest fabric market in China and near one of the largest ports Guangzhou port.
How long will it take to produce ?
Normally it takes about 3 to 5 weeks production for bulk orders. The leadtime for customized orders will be confirmed case by case.
Do we have designers to help customer design？
Yes, we have a group of professional fashion designers to help our customers design their fashion style and craftsmanship.
What’s our MOQ？
Normally the MOQ is 300 pieces, it can be revised as per different items.
Do we customize the sample？
Yes, we do! We can custom make the sample according to customer`s design or specifications. We offer customization service and sell existing clothes.
